Content Lab’s tools give ideas and feedback to help you plan and improve your content. They are guidance, not a promise: we can’t guarantee views, followers, sales or any other result. Check anything you publish, especially claims about yourself or others.
You keep ownership of what you put in, and of the ideas, scripts and reports we create for you. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. Please don’t upload anything unlawful, or anything that isn’t yours to share.
Each tool has an allowance that depends on your access level, and some reset monthly. We may change allowances, and we may limit or stop accounts that abuse the service, share access codes, or try to get around limits. A one-off purchase doesn’t expire when monthly allowances reset.

Creator Toolkit is a monthly subscription, charged through Stripe until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” on your Content Lab home page. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. We don’t refund part-used months [unless the law says we must, or Lana decides otherwise in a particular case].
Content Club is a one-off payment. It doesn’t renew, and your access doesn’t expire. Monthly tool allowances reset on the 1st of each month; that is not the end of your membership. Because this is a digital product with immediate access, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital materials.
Your legal rights. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law. For digital content and services you start using straight away, UK law can remove the 14-day cancellation right once you’ve asked us to begin immediately and started using it. Prices and tax. Prices are shown before you pay. Prices include VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay. If a payment fails we’ll stop the subscription’s access once Stripe has given up retrying.
Refund requests go to the support email shown on the site. We’ll reply within [number] working days.
Codes are for the person or group they were given to. Don’t post or sell them. We can switch a code off.
The tools depend on AI and cloud services and may sometimes be unavailable or make mistakes. We may change or retire a tool, and will try to give notice when that affects something you’ve paid for.
